Okay. I'm not in a good mood. I just did a thirty minute video and realized it wasn't recording. Not happy. Anyway, this is our 12 by 12 printer.
It's phenomenal. K. You know, everybody else still trying to figure out how to print more than 12 inches a day. Look at our stuff. It is just gorgeous.
This is printed all the way up. This is a precast item, a product that we're developing, for block wall contractors, for anybody. And so what we've done is after every eight inches, we put some plastic down so that we can separate these and ship them to I mean, customers can back up and we'll just pick up an eight foot section. Okay. We're eight feet wide.
We're printing six foot walls. Advertise on Valpak. Customer shows up. You load 20 of these things on their truck. They go home and they stack them.
You can use two part epoxy. You can grab them just like you would a cinder block wall. Developers are gonna love these. Landscapers, architects, general contractors, and look at this. Okay?
This is all Kyle. Okay? It's fun. Got it. Printed this, let me see.
There's 12 inches. 15 inch section. You can buy these, fiber optic lights. 70 doll $50. It was $50 for a 20 foot section.
So we could do a whole wall for $50, eight feet wide. Look how gorgeous that is, you guys. Is anybody seen anything like it? Just unbelievable. So you just take these pieces and you push them through.
Let me see if I can pull one of these out. Let me see. Okay. There we go. Okay.
There you go. So we just shove them through. Now if I wanted to shove them through in the shape of a logo or words or anything. Look what's possible. $50.
Okay. Could have done this whole section. So again these are done in eight inch sections so that they're lightweight so that people can pick them up but we print it all at one time. With this printer, you wouldn't be printing just an eight foot section here. I'd be printing 10 of those at one time.
One guy running one guy running the printer. Building these, they're precast, you take them out, two guys can lift up an eight foot eight inch piece and they're stackable. Okay? They're stackable. You don't want lights?
Lights are phenomenal. Here you go. K. And just all again, all we're doing is so these here can separate easily. There we added some color.
K. These are completely done. There's not a product on the market. Slumpstone, cinder block, you got a stucco to make it look good. K.
We we just print it and we're done. I'm getting a 400% markup on this stuff. You buy a printer like this here. You're running 10, six foot, eight foot sections at a time. You can run the whole thing one operator.
Okay. One operator and if they want different types of looks, different types of pilasters, anything. I mean, can you imagine this at a mall or a parking garage? All the pilasters that go around the the rebar, 30 inch pilasters that they put in these parking garages and and malls. This kind of stuff we can do.
Nobody can do this. This is absolutely phenomenal. K. Can't wait till it gets dark so we can actually appreciate what this looks like. K.
Let's see here. Let's see here. I wanna go to flash. Here's fade. This here's his transitions.
It's not blinking. It's just gonna transition. One color to the next. Here's jump. Boom.
Boom. Boom. I don't like jump. I like fade. Guys, we haven't even begun to explore the ways and that, these things are gonna make money for customers.
That is just gorgeous. K. And this is a gorgeous printer. K. Everyone around the world still struggling to print 12 inches that it looks halfway decent.
We print clear to eight feet. We don't stop. Our walls are consistent and perfect. And the reason is we're not printing with wet mixes that are gravity fed. Okay.
Give us a call walk you through it all step by step. You want to compare us to Apis? I'll explain us versus Apis. You want a cobod, icon, squared. Nobody is doing the kind of stuff that we're doing.
You know, when you gonna print a house, James? Holy shit guys. Do you really think I can't print a house? Number one, look at the houses you guys have printed. They look like Cold joints every 12 inches.
5 to $700 for every single cold joint. Okay. I'm getting off track here. Anyway, yeah. Nobody buys from anybody.
No one's dropping a half million dollars before they come and, kick the wheels everywhere. So all cobot and apis and the all those guys are to me is marketing. They're out creating noise, but nobody's gonna buy from them without talking to us And when they come here and see the difference, you know, just one word of advice. Okay? That just kills everybody in this industry.
The mix you're printing with at five in the morning isn't the mix you're printing with one hour later. So, you guys that actually know what's going on out there, try and make sense of that. And that's why proprietary mixes, single batch plants, it's all dead in the water. Okay. You need something that adjusts based on temperature, based on weather, based on mud temperature, based on humidity, moisture, all of these factors and that's why everybody's stuff looks like shit and that's why our stuff looks awesome.
So look forward to talking to you guys. Look forward to working with you, but hell sakes. If you do nothing, buy a small printer and start a fencing company and selling retail. 400% markup. Okay?
Cost of sand cement and lime and some additives. Anyway, been a hell of fun. Got a lot going on. Excited with all the improvements that keep coming every single day. We haven't even scratched the surface yet.
Some, people coming out for any. This is printed all the way up. You can see each section. This plastic's here because we're gonna separate these. If this plastic wasn't here, this layer would have bonded to that layer right there, but these are preprinted, similar to precast pieces that people can take home and build their own rock walls.
Okay. You can see if you come in real close here. Okay. They're interlocking. This piece will snap right into this piece.
So anyway, what they're getting ready to do right now is we're gonna give them a a scraper or a trowel and let them finish this outside just a little bit. Is I got hundreds of videos left. Before you even come and train with us, there's a month of free training. It's an hour every single night for a month, five days a week. That's so that when you get here, we're making good use of time.
We're actually printing stuff instead of answering baby questions and stuff like that. So, this all the way up. No scaffolding. No nothing. K.
Tremendous savings. you got to send a crew out to scaffold, then you got to send people out there, mesh it. Brown coat, scratch coat, finish coat. On the inside, there will be a lot of room where you can just still get away with this. So you sell a product and say, Here's one price.
I don't touch it. Here's another price if you want it smooth walled. If you want it smooth walled to knock down brocade, that's another price. You want it orange peel, that's another price. K?
So that's how you sell your product. Ideally, you're picking one of our many designs that will work on the exterior. If I can get rid of stucco and all of that k. When we are at eight foot, we are finished. K.
Everyone else is down there at 12 inches a day. We just print. You guys saw. Okay. This is one monomorphic point, and again, the only reason this stuff's here is because these will be taken apart.
If I'm going to finish this, k, we used to just start troweling it. We learned it's a lot easier while it's still breathing. K? We're just gonna scrape it. That might be a finish.
Okay. You just you play. I'm gonna let you guys do the same thing, but This is not the $35.40 dollar an hour mason. This is the cheapest guy. If you can get away to $7 an hour, the guy will figure this out in thirty minutes and be very, very good at it.
Okay. Lots and lots of no. It's we're just starting. K. Now what we teach you, just like with flat work, don't chase the damn concrete.
Get the mud down, vibrate it, bulk load it, then everybody runs off to have a cigarette and cup of coffee for an hour. K? The newbies are down there trying to get it don't chase concrete. Same thing goes for this. Okay?
You don't have to get it perfect at this pass. K. I'll come back. Okay. Give it in a little bit and give it some more of it.
A little more water. There you go. Okay. Change. We might be done there.
That's a good stucco finish. It's pretty damn pretty close already. Yeah. Okay, old dog. Come learn a new trick.
You know that's pretty offensive. I just turned 50, James. Wow. I just turned 57. Wow.
But you look better, so it's not there. Shoot. So Okay. You guys, what's remarkable about this? Let me show you.
Be careful. Yeah. We we had a guy yesterday just Look at that. K. Look at these hands.
K. Aren't those pretty? Attorney. K. Now if an attorney can do it k.
Don't go too deep. So I need a step halfway down the hole. What's that? I need to cut you much. When you're doing this, you want to get, yeah.
We're gonna zoom in by halfway down? Because we're gonna put the risk of the bolt No. You can you can go down. I can just tell that you're Okay. Deeper here.
You haven't taken as much here off as you are here. And it's just a feel. You'll get a feel for it. Now, this is an unfair way of look doing this and it's gonna be real easy to get waves. K?
When you're doing this normally, you're using the longest trial you can. K? So it's going down. And you're going this way, this way, this way. How about you?
K. When you're doing just a little bit like this here and going through there k. So and and same thing with this. When you're doing this part, you want as much trowel on the wall as possible. If I'm doing this, I have a tendency of you're gonna get this rippling.
So, again, you'd be using much bigger ones, and you're working an area that's like 30 inches, not just a little piece like this. But go ahead and get some more water on that More water. And you like, you wanna drag it much more faster. Back and Push it down in there, just back and There you go. And then in a -Be careful.
-Then in a circular motion -Careful not to lean on it. -Yeah. Don't you can't use it as a brace. -Yeah. Yeah.
I think so. I missed what? I missed my calling? Calling. Yeah.
Now I'm coming through a little later than I that's alright, isn't it, James? That's It's never too late. Nope. Don't do that. Don't do that.
Don't do that. Just go back and Long strokes and it'll automatically fill it in. Yeah. He wants it finished right now time. I'm gonna chase that.
He's chasing concrete. There you go, my friend. Go in close on that. Stop. That This here, that might be a finish or something.
Okay. Go again. Oh, stop. Right there. I don't want to take away your thunder, but I'll give you a place a piece to play.
Okay. We had a group come in here and they wanted Adobe look. They love that this is kind of a rope looking effect. Okay. They wanted it to show through just like that.
Okay. Where's your trial go? You got it still. Okay. Go ahead and do the rest.
Make that look pretty. Again, this is the cheap is the bottom of the barrel labor rate. It wasn't enough to build it. I got waves, though. Look at that.
That's not bad. Okay. So if you get a wave, you can feel it. You don't need to feel it. Down the wave.
Let me see. You gotta continue to fire the thing, though. Yeah. I can feel the wave right there. Okay.
Take some out. Yeah. I like the circular finish though. So I gotta Oh, let me get it proud. I'm gonna redo it.
I'll get you drywall for a Don't let your tools look like this. K. You want smooth wall drywall? We don't drywall. We don't tape.
There's not three coats. K? This is what we do. Oh. Yeah.
You gotta yeah. Like, how did that happen? That's beautiful, James. Well, the trial wasn't bad. Hurry.
Finish that up. You're not gonna drywall. You're not gonna tape it. You're not gonna put three coats of mud down there. You're just going to trowel out what you finished.
We look like that when we get to eight feet. In In one day. Okay. We don't take twenty eight days to print a shed or a little dry. timer.
That's not fair. You had a good trail, and I didn't get you like that. K. Now what do I do if I want an orange peel? Come back.
Come back in a day or two. I spray it with the hopper, knock down orange peel, regular orange peel, stamp it if I want to knock down brocade right on top of this. This is how the rest of the world builds. Most people don't stick frame like we do and then put drywall. They don't even know what drywall is.
They build out a block. They send guys in with trowels, okay, and they plaster. We don't plaster. We have no additive material. We just finish the material that's there.
You look like this on the outside. No cost for stucco. I just replaced the weeks worth of work in several days because every time you tape, you got to wait for that one to dry so you can get to maybe three coats in in a day, but not if you're doing more than one house. This is how you look at the end of the day. Hold on.
Beautiful gorgeous. Hurry. Can you fix this for me? Let's see. Here.
I'm gonna do it. If I if I was doing it, I'd get up with this one. There we go. Now go ahead.
With a MudBots printer, you can print anything! Your imagination is the limit.
