Problems with registration usually occur when you entered a landline number instead of a mobile number. Also, make sure you have chosen your Country Code before submitting the form
Also, make sure that the mobile number you entered is working/valid because we will be texting you a 6-digit code to verify your account. Otherwise, you will not be able to enjoy full access to our site.
The correct sequence is to choose the Country first, followed by State. The system will populate and show only the States for that Country.
We give preference to Work Emails so it is advisable to use that. Gmail, Yahoo, Yandex, or any other free email accounts are allowed but would require additional steps of vetting in order to protect our Intellectual Property rights.
After creating an account with us, you should immediately receive a Getting Started Email so make sure you entered the correct email address.
